Suryasta means Sunset in the ancient language of Sanskrit. Suryasta Yoga center offers Vinyasa-style Hatha Yoga practice, a dynamic form of yoga that focuses on connecting movement with breath, devotional chanting, studying ancient scriptures, and the practice of meditation. Together these practices help us to see the world through the eyes of compassion and love.
Conveniently located in the heart of Sunset Park, Brooklyn (minutes away from Bay Ridge, Windsor Terrace, Ditmas Park and Park Slope) , we are proud to be its first yoga studio! We are happy to serve the hip and holy beings and welcome all ages and levels of experience.
